This scientific paper wanted to highlight the irreversible change brought by technology that brought influences on organizations, on the management’s way, such us the directors had to change their management style, to be more open to knowledge and to embrace the change, and the rest, those who cannot adapt, time will show them the way of consequences. Management is an art and a science at the same time. It’s an art because only a man born with the talent to lead will have the desired success and satisfaction and it is a science because you have to know the techniques that must be used correctly to achieve success.
