Due to the continuous increase in the number of people with Parkinson's globally, they determine the continuous development of new technologies and assistive devices as accessible and easy to use by the wearer. This paper aims to make an intelligent orthosis for attenuating tremor at rest, tremor characteristic of people with Parkinson's, using vibration concepts, which will allow its owner to resume his activities of writing, eating, personal care, etc. I studied the manifestation of Parkinson's disease and the ways to treat this desease. Taking into account the biomechanics of the hand, was made a portable orthosis, with small dimensions and high tremor reduction efficiency.
