Within the IMPC master program, the research topic was chosen to develop a product that meets the following need: the need to help recycle and sort waste. Regarding the current market, the products do not serve for domestic use, being either industrial products with a large size, or with a design unsuitable for a modern home. As a strategy, the aim was to facilitate the recycling process for plastic waste users. The problem that has been identified in the market is that of selective waste collection, which is why the purpose of this project is to facilitate this process.
