Optimization and technological validation of process turning by cam simulation with the manufacture module of the Autodesk Fusion 360

This paper studies the possibility of optimizing the productivity of four complex turning operations performed on a CNC lathe, by simulating the execution of the processing phases using the Manufacture module of Autodesk Fusion. Several embodiments of the phases have been studied, which differ in the processing schemes used by the tools. The optimal phases of the phases have been established, which ensure a maximum productivity of the operation by reducing the basic and auxiliary times.
