Modeling and simulation of a multifunctional recovery system

I initially started from a single device for developing muscles, legs and chest that: improves the upper and lower muscles of the body improves cardio-pulmonary function and coordination function. During the research I realized that it would be good to have such a device at home and then I designed a device that has even more functions: works the abdominal muscles; flat back muscle; improves the strength of the upper limbs, giving them firmness; improves the upper and lower muscles of the body.
