This paper proposes a comparative analysis of the production flow in various circumstances as well as its impact on the quality of the printing process. The study was carried on at the S.C. Disz Tipo S.R.L. printing company from Săcele and it includes observation of the production flow during the following stages: (DTP) prepress, CTP, offset printing and the supply chain. This analysis focused on the key factors that influence the quality of the offset printing: paper quality, ink quality, raw materials storage and all these producing effects upon the printing quality, as stated by the ISO 9001 standards. In order to achieve this target, non-compliances identified during November 1 st, 2020 - May 1st, 2021 have been analyzed and their leverage in the stages of the production flow has been transferred into a diagram. Hence the identification of the production flow stages with the highest impact on the printing quality.
