This article has the main purpose to describe the calibration and the qualification of a DIY measurement tool, used in the printing and packaging industry. Last year in our paper published in the same journal, with the same title [17], we described in detail the steps of design, execution of parts, the assembly and the programming of similar measurement equipment, namely a GSM tester. In the current dissertation we use, as an example, a Carton Force Analyzer, which is intended for measuring the mechanical resistant of the creasing lines and the opening force/moment of a solid carton folding box. On the first hand we describe shortly the specific parts of design and assembly of the second measurement tool; on the other hand we analyze deeply the measurement results obtained during qualification.
