This scientific writing focuses on the design of an algorithm and the development of a computer application for remote monitoring and control of a robotic arm for servicing a pneumatic press. This application is built in the programming environment called LabView and aims to algorithmize the movements of a robotic arm with six degrees of freedom to optimize the workflow in a pressing cell. The main objective of this computer application is the remote control of the robotic arm and its communication with the work cell through a web services communication protocol.
