In this paper, the SWOT analysis of the marketing strategy of Dasimo Solutions will be carried out. In the SWOT analysis, we can see the following defining features: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Following the analysis, we need to turn weak points into strengths and threats to opportunities. After identifying marketing issues, strategies will be developed that use the trump cards to take advantage of the following possibilities: expanding sales in rural areas; contracts with new suppliers, both internal and external, hiring more staff to respond more promptly to customer requests, daily web promotion, customer loyalty.
