The present work has a scientific relevance adapted to the current context of the importance of motivational management and a career development focused especially on the human resources of the Corabia City Hospital, Olt County. The applied motivational questionnaire has the role of highlighting the presence of 8 essential factors in this motivation process. Conscientiousness, Leadership, Sense of duty, Perseverance, Self-efficacy, Well-being, Willingness to achieve and Openness to experience are analyzed in detail in order to find out their impact on the analyzed institution. The results are quantified in such a way that it can be identified what fundamental changes can be made within the institution.
