The paper aims to analyze and evaluate an organization that has implemented and certified an integrated management system (ISO 9001:2015 – Management system of quality. Requirements, respectively ISO 14001:2015 – Management system of environment), through the excellence model EFQM. The aim of self-evaluation is to identify the weaknesses and the best practices related to the provision of services by different service departments to two organization customers, companies in the automotive industry, in order to the uniformity of the organization approach and the transfer of good practices
