In the present paper, a study on the effects of dehydration within a workplace is being analyzed by monitoring the fluid consumption of 3 colleagues, selected to participate in the current case study, conducted over 3 days. Dehydration can cause loss of concentration at work, at which time workers can no longer yield the expected return. Dehydration occurs when the body does not have enough water and fluids. The main causes are excessive fluid loss, insufficient consumption or both.
