The main purpose of this study is to improve and increase the quality level of parts by implementing new services to customers. In order for production policy to be constantly evolving, the company must keep up with new demands in order to be able to offer parts with a high level of quality. In order for a part to have a high level of quality, all the factors that intervene on it must be taken into account. From the supply of the raw material, its receipt and proof that it complies with the requirements, storage in optimal conditions until delivery, transportation to the customer, each of the operations carried out either with or without value must be kept under control. Therefore, a new program called “Burr War Room” has been implemented. This is a specially designed room dedicated to analyzing and removing burrs from the injection process.
