The influence of the coronavirus pandemic in an international company with activity on the territory of Romania

The COVID-19 pandemic caused by coronavirus has led to an unprecedented situation for large companies in the world. Thereby they have been faced with challenges such as protecting the health of employees but at the same time maintaining the ability to serve customers and lead to end the commitments they have made to them as well as maintaining the area of production, services and support. Given the current situation of the coronavirus pandemic that broke out on February 26, 2020, I will address this paper on the following issues: Crisis Plan or the health crisis plan and how this plan is amended, the decisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee and how these decisions have changed from one science to another, the measures taken by companies, findings and research on at the current stage of the pandemic.
