Stress in an organization

Most managers or entrepreneurs have to deal with many new job challenges that easily turn into stressors. Work stress is a growing concern because it has significant economic implications for the organization. Even though stress is a normal part of life, excessive stress can affect one's productivity, health and emotions and must be controlled. Stress has been defined in different ways over the years. Initially, it was designed as an environmental pressure, then as a tension inside the person. the generally accepted definition today is one of the interaction between the situation and the individual. When people lose confidence, refuse to take responsibility, get irritated quickly, are dissatisfied with their work, their performance will be very low and the organization will be in danger
