The general objective of the paper is to facilitate access to employment for the Roma people, people from countryside, vulnerable people or the long-term unemployed by providing personalized vocational education and training to get and improve their skills. This paper also aims to stimulate the integration into the labor market of people from vulnerable groups and combat poverty, by setting up social enterprises and creating new jobs.
