This paperwork represents the study of the modern additive manufacturing and how can this improve the way we are making molds in 2020. Most of the research is regarding the possibility of creating molds for short run production. If this approach was t reliable before, now, with the recent increase of quality, and mechanical properties of 3d printing, additive manufactured molds are possible. I have studied every additive manufactured technologies that exist in nowadays, and the way that we are using injection moulding and how we can make them work together for the best result in a small amount of time. Furthermore I am looking to create a mold for a plastic part that fits the dimension of an interchangeable tool from Meusburger.
