The suspension system plays a vital role in the construction of new automobiles. Its function is to damp and smooth out the shock impulses and absorb or dissipate energy, so that the suspension system can provide comfort and safety for the passengers and vehicles. In this paper, the torsion bar simulation is carried out using Solid works 2018 with specific dimensions and geometries and a FEM analysis using ANSYS WORKBENCH is then performed.
