Alzheimer's disease is represented by impaired cognitive function, affecting a person's memory and judgment. Currently, there is a big interest in developing of efficient systems that can provide accessible healthcare, in order to reduce the need to institutionalize patients, as well as to facilitate living in their own home. This research proposes an automated equipment for permanent monitoring of the beneficiary, as well as a constructive solution for the administration of proper medications and a programmed source of hydration. The assistive robot, developed in this paper, benefits from new advances in artificial intelligence, helping users in their daily lives, promoting their health, well-being and independence.
