Starting from the project within the discipline “Total quality management”, an approach will be made to improve of the “Main support” quality benchmark by increasing the performance of the processes leading to its achievement, having as basic management tools the AMDEC method, Ishikawa diagram and improvement plan. The AMDEC method is applied in order to analyze the causes and effects of defects that may occur during the process and that may affect the quality of the product. The next step is to create the Ishikawa diagram to identify the main and secondary causes that led to the problem. Following the establishment of causes and sub-causes, an improvement plan will be made regarding the application of corrective and preventive actions in order to increase the quality level of the product, the production process and the production environments.
