The content is very detailed and subjective, so it is exposed according to each experience we had in contact with these companies. We aimed to demonstrate that all the analyzed global companies have the same problems in complying with the ISO 10002 standard in relation to the handling of complaints. Confirmation of our assumptions follows a detailed case study of inefficient methods of solving global companies problems. All the methods by which we have taken and can contact these companies are presented and detailed. The guiding principles for each company are verified and analyzed, based on our own experiences and those of those around us.
