This paper studies the possibility of optimizing the logistics chain for the production of the part FIXED FORMING BOARD DK01 MJ01.14 by simulation using FlexSim software. The proposed optimization refers to the reduction of the number of conveyors used in the supply chain related to the production program drawn up within the project. Scheduling and management of production and carrying out transport activities as early as possible when the manufacturing resource is free. The objectives proposed at the beginning of the simulation study have not been fully achieved, but the simulation model developed will be further developed to meet all the objectives mentioned.
