This case study is based on the innovation of a product used for medical purposes based on a business strategy that has helped to identify the needs of potential customers and competing products. Also, market segmentation and target profile were an important factor in performing the functional analysis. Thus, the conceived concepts support the users by streamlining the way of administering the drug treatment.
