Studiul comportarii termice in fabricatia aditiva prin extrudare de filamente de material

Exprimarea brevetelor mai multor procedee de fabricatie aditiva a determinat dezvoltarea domeniului si prin aportul comunitatilor pasionatilor in domeniu. Expansiunea continua a acestor comunitati a condus implicit la imbunatatirea continua a acestor procedee, in special a celui ce construieste obiecte prin extrudare de filamente de material (FDM-Fused Deposition Modeling), prin modificari si optimizari de software si/sau ale componentelor hardware. Cercetarea prezentata in acest studio are in vedere studiul comportamentului termic al pieselor obtinute prin extrudare de filamente de material. In acest scop s-au utilizat programe software pentru analiza de elemente finite (BetaCAE Ansa, Dassault Systemes Abaqus, BetaCAE metaPost). Rezultatele au scos in evidenta distributia termica la nivelul piesei obtinute dupa depunerea mai multor randuri de filament de material. Abordarea propusa urmeaza a fi validate experimental.
