The paper synthesizes experimental researches on electric functioning, electromagnetic compatibility and mechanical strength of the Smart Portable Solar Table. For research, specialized CAD software, namely INVENTOR, was also used, and PSIM software was also used to simulate electrical operations. This research has been straightened by physical testing to check the normal operating temperature limits of the product at full load with the FLIR thermal imaging camera. The proposed technical definitions are a follow-up of studies to meet the need for ergonomic, stable, robust and reliable product development, tailored to current industry standards. Experimental researches have determined the optimal solutions from a functional point of view.
