Training performed on the job or on construction sites in Romania is rarely done at a professional level and does not offer workers the chance and the advantage of knowing how to carry out an activity that protects them from certain possible injuries or to avoid long-term injuries. the body due to the execution of incorrect handling maneuvers. From my own experience, being employed in two different jobs successively in the field of oil and gas, as a drilling fluid engineer at oil and gas wells I had the opportunity to go through the stages of a new employee at both companies which although are the most from Romania in the field of drilling fluids, approaches the field of OSH completely different, the training and equipment offered varies quite a lot. I will approach this paper presenting the variant of the company that chose to offer the best personal protective equipment but especially training programs. the most complex and appropriate training for a chemical petroleum engineer at the well.
