A modern factory monitoring system identifies process irregularities and automatically notifies certain technicians or managers when needed. This modern software systems collect data on the machines in real time directly and automatically. The monitor performance determines line status and important key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time. Delivers not only detailed data for analyses, but keeps the production staff informed about things like job progress, target achievement and potential improve by displaying important information on monitors installed in the factory. In the planning process the orders with information about products, quantities and deadlines pass from the ERP system into concrete job sequences and delivery times for production operations. The planning process becomes increasingly complex.
