Evaluarea reabilitării post operatorie a lia cu ajutorul sistemului BIODEX 3 PRO

The scope of this study is to evaluate the changes it time of muscular strength of knee joint before and after the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of physically active man and the estimation of the necessary time required until they can get back to their regular fitness activity. The muscular force of extension and flexion was measured for healthy and affected limbs at approximately 1.5 months before reconstruction, and at 3, 6, and 12 months after it. There were observed significant differences (p <= 0.05) of the torque on extension and flexion and also of the strength ration of femoral biceps and quadriceps. These differences were noticed in all measurement stages. The obtained results reveal the fact that 12 months are not enough for returning to the initial strength level. The results helped with the evaluation of the rehab process and at optimizing the rehabilitation program.
