In this paper are highlighted and analyzed the prevention and protection measures applied within Telemuncii. This is the form of work organization through which the employee, regularly and voluntarily, fulfills his specific attributions of the position, occupation or profession he holds, in another place than the work organized by the employer, at least one day a month, using information and communications technology. Thus, "employees with work at home" are considered "those employees who fulfill, at their home, the specific attributions of the position they hold.
