The paper presents a research on financing programmes for car fleet renewal. The programmes aim to improve the quality of the environment by renewing the National Car Fleet by nonreimbursable financing from the Environmental Fund. The programmes provide a financing scheme for the purchase of new vehicles, less polluting, in exchange of handing over used vehicles, reducing the effects of pollution on the environment.
