The construction of a model of the shaping mechanism and its kinematic analysis using the MATHCAD software

The mechanical processing by plastic deformation is one of the most widespread processes in the industry. In this paper we describe as broadly as possible the shaping mechanism. Using the AutoCAD software we designed the kinematic diagram and the structural diagram of the mechanism, and with the help of MathCAD software we calculated the kinematic analysis of the mechanism and plotted some diagrams to observe the variation of the kinematic parameters. Finally, we present the way we constructed from scratch and we list the materials used in the construction of the mechanism.
