It turns out to be essential how to collaborate in the team, by promoting trust and respect between team members. The constructive attitude that incorporates collaboration is the essential thing in an organization. A united and effective team leads to a successful organization. Through this paper we try to capture the importance of the relationships that are established between the team members, but also the awareness of the importance of leadership at the level of the organization. Leadership is the process by which a person, a leader, determines, through the use of interpersonal relationships, one or more people to act in order to achieve well-established goals, based on a strong and attractive vision.
