This research paper presents a way of creating a new design used for speciality publications taking into account design concepts and their evolution in the case of a particular publication. The first part analyzes the reasons for this new project by using the Ishikawa chart. After reflecting on the issues that need for change, the paper proposes to compare a draft of a journal produced from scratch with one of the speciality publications published by the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations by applying a case study using the comparative method. The paper describes and justifies each design element of the new magazine project.
